Requirements for Provisioning

In order to provision your connector, the following Mambu information must be gathered:

  • Webhook Events

Webhook Events selection is optional. If no events are selected, no webhook templates are created automatically, and webhooks can still be wired in manually on the Mambu side.

How to Connect Your Integration

Upon successfully creating a tenant, you will use the following information to connect to Mambu:

  • Domain

  • API Key

To obtain the information required for setting up, perform the following steps:

  1. Log into your Mambu tenant.

  2. Domain - This is your Mambu tenant hostname, e.g. mytenant.sandbox.mambu.com.

  3. For your API Key:

    1. Navigate to your Mambu admin console's API key management area.

    2. Generate a new API key scoped with the permissions your integration requires.

    3. Copy the generated key immediately, as it may only be shown once.

  4. Ensure webhook notification settings are enabled on the tenant if you selected Webhook Events above.
