Requirements for Provisioning
In order to provision your connector, the following Zendesk information must be gathered:
- API Key 
- API Secret Key 
- Subdomain 
- Scope 
To obtain the information required for provisioning, perform the following steps:
- Log in to your Zendesk Admin Account 
- Navigate to Apps and Integrations > APIs > Zendesk API 
- Select OAuth Clients > Select OAuth Client - Your API Key = Unique identifier 
- API Secret Key is listed under Secret 
- Subdomain can be found in your URL: https://subdomain.zendesk.com/ - \

How to Connect Your Integration
Upon successfully creating a tenant, you will perform the following steps to connect to Zendesk:
- Select Connect 
- Select the URL under Tenant Secrets 
- Press Allow
