Requirements for Provisioning

In order to provision your connector, the following Zendesk information must be gathered:

  • API Key

  • API Secret Key

  • Subdomain

  • Scope

To obtain the information required for provisioning, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Zendesk Admin Account

  2. Navigate to Apps and Integrations > APIs > Zendesk API

  3. Select OAuth Clients > Select OAuth Client

    1. Your API Key = Unique identifier

    2. API Secret Key is listed under Secret

    3. Subdomain can be found in your URL: https://subdomain.zendesk.com/ \

How to Connect Your Integration

Upon successfully creating a tenant, you will perform the following steps to connect to Zendesk:

  1. Select Connect

  2. Select the URL under Tenant Secrets

  3. Press Allow
